Unitech to invest Rs 1,800 cr in housing project at Gr Noida
Real estate firm Unitech Ltd will invest Rs 1,800 crore in the next 4-5 years, to develop an exclusive residential project at Greater Noida. We have bagged 100 acres of land at Greater Noida on which around 4,500 apartments will be constructed, Unitech Managing Director Sanjay Chandra told PTI. He said the company would invest Rs 1,800 crore towards the development of the project, which includes Rs 556.44 crore paid to the Greater Noida Authority as part of the land deal. Unitech claims sales of Rs 4,000 cr between March and Sept
Unitech Ltd on Tuesday claimed it has notched up sales of 10.11 million sq.ft of residential and non-residential space between March and September, with a value of Rs 4,000 crore. In a detailed investor presentation, India’s second largest real estate company said it is working on delivery of projects by March 2011.
