Parsvnath Developers has won the bid to develop a commercial project on 18,632 sq mt of land at sector Delta-II, Greater Noida. It would have a saleable area of 3.6-lakh sq ft, netting the company Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority offered the bid.

Ansal Buildwell has launched an integrated township Ansal City at Amritsar. The 150-acre township will be a high-tech one with infrastructure and amenities matching those of the international standards. Under the phase I company is offering plots of 200, 300 and 500 sq yd. The basic rate of plots is Rs 6,250 per sq yd. The city will offer row houses, villas and bungalows in the second phase. The project also ensures ensures 24X7 security, uninterrupted water and power supply.

Mega land auction begins in Noida
New Delhi : In what is touted as the countrys biggest land deal, the Noida Development Authority today opened the technical bids for a township project to be built on 340-acre of land in sectors 96,97 and 98. With heavyweights like DLF, Unitech and Parsvanath already placing their bids, the deal is expected to fetch between Rs 3,000 crore and Rs 5,000 crore. The project called Express City, underway since the last two years and earlier called NRI City, is being built under the group housing scheme.

Noida to be a venue of National Games ’09
NOIDA will be one of the venues for the National Games-2009 to be organised in the state.
